Japanese people/asian people?opinion on races?

Ok so I heard that most people of the asian culture think there better than ameriacans?(My asian frined said so herself)and if so why? I mean americanis a mixture of cultures including asian so if an asian person lives in america they ARE asian-american.

I also heard that asian people particuarly japenese people like black people(its crazy but i'd liek to know,)but at the same time i watched this anime on the computer called the wallflower and the black girls on the show looked so horible!I mean bright pink lipstick sharp nails and over arched eyebrowsand blonde hair and where kind of fat=[I was very affended!!!and yahoo mods I DONT MEAN THIS TO BE A RACIST QUESTION!I would just like to know how people from japan or who are asian see my race because i dont want to come to japan and be un-welcomed=[

once again thank you,and I promise I'm not trying to be racist

I would like to go to japan one day and if I did would I be starred atlike i'm not wanted there?

Japanese people/asian people?opinion on races?
Every culture has its own merits and demerits, doing comparison is not really logical! Everyone thinks their culture is superior to the others, some speak it out, some don't, it is human nature probably.
Reply:They are snobs.
Reply:She was probably just joking around... we Asians have nothing against American culture. Well, I'm sure some do, but definitely not the majority. And isn't it normal to be proud of your culture?

There aren't a lot of black people in Asia, so I'm guessing the people there would find it odd to see a black person (unless you go to a tourist hot spot)

Generalizations are bad. Avoid them. D:
Reply:ah, ve lika ebeon. why yu sa that ?
Reply:People in Japan, for the most part, look down on black people. It`s unfortunate, but that`s how it is.
Reply:All people are equal...
Reply:Well they are much smarter......
Reply:hello. . . spell check
Reply:I do know that alot of Japanese women like black men and in Japan the youth are really into the hip hop culture but that's not to say that like black people because of hip hop. I think that just like in any race some Japanese people are more open to people of other races than others but for the most part more of them are open especially the younger generation. If you go to Japan you will have a great time and the Japanese will love you!
Reply:like the other guy said you should go with an escort. i dont think the japanese like people out of their own race except for probably other asian neighbors that look like them and white people. i had a co worker who went to japan and he said in the airport that a black guy was getting yelled at by some of the security guards over there for something small. i also remember back in college a guy came to our ethnic studies class to talk about his growing up. since he was half black and japanese the other japanese kids threw rocks at him and gave him a hard time because he looked more black than japanese. based on these things that ive heard its more than enough to raise red flags for anyone thats non white or non east asian looking to be more careful when going there.
Reply:When your bombed for no reason other than "revenge" you tend to get the idea that you are better than them.
Reply:People are people.

And people can be racist and judgmental.
Reply:everybody's a racist at some point. it can't be helped.
Reply:Japanese people don't particularly go for black people.

They basically go for any foreigners that go to Japan. Seriously, if you're a foreigner and you go to a club in Japan, all the girls would be up on you like nothing. Some asian countries (esp. Japan, Korea, and Taiwan) really like hip hop (yeah surprise) so they might respect you more as being black.
Reply:ur a racist
Reply:I saw a black girl in an anime too. She had this crazy looking bright makeup and weird hair. Sorry just had to mention that. My friend who is Chinese said Asian people are rude. I`m sure not all of the are, though...
Reply:the Japanese, as a nation, are notoriously xenophobic and make little effort to mask that. If you do decide to visit Japan one day, it is important and sometimes essential (foreigners aren't allowed in some places without a japanese escort) to have a native friend with you.
Reply:OK....If you want to be credible, Please don't start a question with "OK". OK ?
